The website and services are operated by LOGIITSOFT Sp. z o.o. (details in our Legal Notice).

2. Services

We provide custom software development, branding, and website/online-store design and development for restaurants, food and clothing businesses.

3. How cooperation starts

Contact us via the website. The scope, price and timeline of any project are agreed individually in a separate offer or agreement before work begins.

4. Electronic services & technical requirements

We provide services by electronic means within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (ustawa z dnia 18 lipca 2002 r. o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną). To use the website and contact forms you need a device with internet access and a current web browser. contact@logiitsoft.eu

5. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted to contact@logiitsoft.eu; we will respond within 14 days.

6. Consumers

If you are a consumer, statutory consumer rights apply, including those under the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta), such as the right of withdrawal where applicable. Where you act as a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, in accordance with applicable Polish and EU law. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Liability & governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law, including the Act of 18 July 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and by applicable EU law.
